Welcome to JDigitize. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services for logo, vector, and embroidery digitizing. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms, effective as of October 10, 2025.
Service Description
JDigitize provides custom digitizing services, converting your designs into high-quality embroidery files and vector artworks. All services are performed by our in-house creative team with a commitment to perfection.
Orders and Payments
- Orders are accepted upon submission of design files and payment.
- Payment is due in full at the time of order placement via our secure payment gateway.
- Discounts, such as the current 35% off for first purchases (valid only this month), are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other offers.
Delivery
- Completed files will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe, typically 24-48 hours, depending on project complexity.
- Delays due to incomplete design files or client revisions are not the responsibility of JDigitize.
Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your original designs. We claim no rights to your submitted files beyond completing the digitizing service.
- Digitized files produced by us are for your use only and may not be resold or distributed without permission.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of delivery, subject to review. A 100% satisfaction guarantee applies if the work does not meet agreed standards.
- Cancellations are accepted before work begins; no refunds are issued after processing starts.
Liability
JDigitize is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our digitized files. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in London courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. The latest version will be posted here, with the current update dated October 10, 2025.
